    Did you know that if you spot a problem with the highway – such as an overgrown tree, a pothole, a faded yellow line etc- you can report it direct to Norfolk County Council on the following form?  This will allow you to track your issue and see how NCC have resolved it.

  • Annual Audit 2017 – Completion

    The annual audit of Felthorpe Parish Council’s accounts has been concluded and the statement of accounts has been published.

    The electors of Felthorpe have a right to inspect the accounts under section 25 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.

    The audit may be inspected at an agreed location and time, in order to exercise those rights.  Full details are on the attachment.

  • Petition – Response from Norfolk County Council

    Norfolk County Council have sent a letter to the parish council, in response to the parishes recent petition which requested improved traffic calming throughout the village.

  • Sanders Bus Services for Felthorpe

    Sanders Bus Services for Felthorpe

    We are advised that effective September 3, 2017 the Sanders 42 bus service will no longer serve Felthorpe.

    The 45 bus service will be amended to include Felthorpe on its route.Felthorpe New Bus Service Timetable

    In summary, the amended service will no longer travel to the city via Horsford, instead will travel via the Reepham Road.

    Buses will depart from the Nash Road stop at 07:40 and 10:20. There will no longer be a 12:00 service.

    On the return journey, buses leave Castle Meadow at 13:08 and 17:38, with a 45A service operating at 16:23 on school days.

  • Traffic Presentation

    The presentation given at the recent special meeting, where a petition was handed to Norfolk County Council’s Martin Wilby to decrease speeding through the parish and HGV use of the parish, is attached.

  • Phone Mast Appeal

    In relation to the mobile phone mast planning application submitted last year for the cricket ground, which Broadland Council rejected, please be aware that the Planning Inspectorate have accepted this application for appeal.

    If you wish to support or object to this appeal then you must submit your comments to the Planning Inspectorate by 23 August. Full details are on the attached letter.
