These amendments take the form of reducing the existing plans from 280 Units to 98 Units.
Any comments you have already made in respect of this application will be taken into account in its determination. However, if you wish to make additional comments or amend those already made, these should be submitted to Broadland by 23 June 2021.
The July meeting of Council will be held one week later than usual due to the Pavilion being unavailable on the usual date. The meeting will be Tuesday 13 July at 8pm.

Felthorpe Parish Council are sadden to learn of the news that HRH Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh has died at the age of 99. The Parish Council, on behalf of its residents, offer deepest sympathies to the Royal Family.

The Street Felthorpe will be temporarily closed allowing access only, from 29th March 2021 to 16th April 2021 for the installation of the two pinch-points as shown on the attached drawings.
The installation of these pinch-points will complete Felthorpe Parish Council’s Traffic Calming Program that was initiated in 2015, which to date has seen the installation of the Village Gateways, Pinch-Points and Speed Awareness Message (SAM2) signs, all of which have contributed to reducing speeding in the village.
Felthorpe Parish Council continues to work with Norfolk County Council, Broadland District Council and Highways with the support of our County and District Councillors to address residents’ concerns and initiate improvements to the village.
